Great stay in Coconut Grove The house was in very good condition and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean, well maintained, and matched our expectations. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The location is excellent, within walking distance to CocoWalk and close to great restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

We are so thankful to have stayed in such a beautiful place. Garland was such a great host. The views in this property are definitely picturesque. We had all three of our kids with us and their fiancés and had plenty of room for the eight of us to relax and also be close to each other while we vacationed. Very close to many shopping locations and restaurants. If you are thinking this might be for you we recommend you give it a go.

The house was absolutely gorgeous—exactly as pictured. The host was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. The location was perfect: conveniently close to the airport and within walking distance (or a short drive) to great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

This was truly an exceptional stay. The views alone make this Airbnb unforgettable—overlooking both the ocean and the canals, it created a peaceful, almost therapeutic atmosphere. I was recovering from a procedure during my visit, and there couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. Watching the boats pass by each day was incredibly calming, and the reclining couch made resting comfortable. Garland has thought of every detail. From beach chairs & towels to umbrellas and even a cart to carry everything, everything you need for a perfect beach day is already there. The home itself is beautifully set up, with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so everyone has their own space. Each bedroom offers stunning water views & comfortable beds. The kitchen is modern, clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials. There were eye masks in nightstand for sleeping! I didn't want to leave this beautiful space where I felt pampered! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

We had a great three-night stay here. Just an easy 15 minutes from the Charleston Open. The house was cute, comfortable, and clean. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Communication was excellent with clear instructions and quick replies. Nice self-entry via code on the front door. Nice parking right in front of the house. The back porch was a beautiful place to sip coffe (K cups and creamer in the house) and read in he mornings. The Park Circle neighborhood is chraming and felt safe. It was nice to walk to the cute downtown area for restaurants or coffee. I'd definitely stay here again! One thing to be mindful of: There are train tracks nearby and about 6am each morning two or three trains would come through whistling away. It didn't bother us, but just be aware if you're a light sleeper.

Very nice home, very well kept and stocked. It looked new inside and was exceptionally clean. Very comfortable for the 5 of us staying there. I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Miami and can't recommend it enough! The location is fantastic, just minutes from beautiful beaches, trendy restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, yet the space feels like a peaceful retreat. The cleanliness was impressive; the place was spotless with fresh linens and a tidy kitchen, making it feel like home. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring a seamless check-in and providing great local recommendations. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming spot in Miami, this is it! Sandra is one of the best hosts I've ever had! She's responsive and extremely friendly! Whenever our group needed something, Sandra made sure to respond right away and made sure it was dropped off the same day. We loved the flexibility that Sandra was able to provide for us as well, having an earlier check in and later checkout. Everything was clean and tidy and the house was comfortable for our party of 11. Sandra brought an extra air mattress for the extra member we had. Truly an amazing host!

The home was spacious and clean. The two king beds were very comfortable but the queens were less so. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils. The dining table was on the small side; hard to fit 8 adults. The captains chairs to the dining table are wobbly and the legs are about to fall off. Everything else was great. Very comfortable home. My friends and I rented Acquavilla for our annual meeting, and we had a great experience. Both houses were clean, neat, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate five people. All the necessary beach equipment was provided, including towels and chairs, which made our stay even more convenient. The location was excellent—just a 3–4 minute walk to the beach, which we really enjoyed.. The grill came in handy when we preferred to cook our own meals—we used it a couple of times to prepare steaks and vegetables, and it worked perfectly. Last but not least, they allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated since we had a late-night flight.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely beautiful and had just the right amount of space for the four of us. It truly had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our time there. Everything was very clean, well-kept, and inviting. Kimberly was an incredible host—very responsive, quick to communicate, and even went out of her way to make additional accommodations for us, which we really appreciated. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from downtown Charleston, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting, and it’s absolutely a place we would love to stay in again the next time we’re back!

This renovated Key West style property was perfect for our trip to Miami. The bedroom & bathroom renovations were really outstanding. The kitchen was very nice for preparing meals, particularly breakfast. The location is fabulous - about two tenths of a mile to the retail center of Coconut Grove. Really too many restaurants to mention - everything from Sushi at OMAKAI to turkey burgers at LoKal. We were visiting family & took our grandkids for ice cream every night & really enjoyed Key Lime Pie at LoKal as well. Really walkable vacation - each morning we walked down by the parks and along the waterfront. Carlos is always responsive & informative.

Great stay in Coconut Grove. I love Coconut Grove for its walkability, shops, restaurants and neighborhood feel. Glad to have found this gem of a place to stay. Carlos was an attentive and helpful host as I made plans for the trip. The grounds of the house with easy parking were a bonus. The bungalow was comfortable and had basic necessities.

We stayed for two nights, but this cottage would have worked well for a longer stay if we had had the time. Quiet, super clean and comfortable cottage with all amenities, walking distance to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Carlos is a wonderful host and great communicator. I wish we had more time to stay! Highly recommended!

The place overall was good. The layout and space is perfect for families. Beds were comfortable and there was minimal exterior noise. The kitchen has the very basics. The main drawbacks is that when we arrived the space seemed like the cleaning job had been rushed. It needed to be vacuumed and there was no trash bag. One of the beds was also missing all the screws in one corner. Once that was resolved it was great for exploring both national parks in the area!
