Guests will have full private access to the entire penthouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and private balconies. You’ll also enjoy access to the building’s resort-style amenities, including the heated pool, fitness center, and concierge services. As part of your stay, you’ll have access to the exclusive Beachwalk beach club, with complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach. Valet parking is available on-site for added convenience. Please note that some amenities may be subject to building hours or availability.

Beach Access
A complimentary shuttle runs regularly throughout the day and takes guests directly to the beach. At the beach location, guests can enjoy complimentary chairs and umbrellas (first come, first served, 2 chairs and one umbrella per room. If more seating is required for your group, there are extra chairs you can bring with you located in the master closet).

Food and beverage options from Etaru are available for purchase directly on the beach.

Security Deposit
• $250 refundable deposit required at check-in
• Returned within 7–10 business days after checkout if no damages are reported

• 1–7 days: $28/day per vehicle
• 8–10 days: $25/day per vehicle
• 11–19 days: $250 per stay
• 20–30 days: $295 per stay
