Johanne’s place was great! The beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to let our dog out in the private backyard. The bungalow is in an excellent location and a 5 minute drive from Oakwood Plaza, Dania Pointe, Downtown Hollywood, and Hollywood Beach.

From beginning to end we had a great experience. Kyle was always responsive - gave plenty of detailed instructions and was very quick to respond to any questions. Place was really clean, attractive and air quality was comfortable and easy to adjust, ceiling fans in bedrooms were great - beds were very comfortable , there was a tv in living room, and both bedrooms and shower was excellent. Kitchen had everything you would need and plenty of coffee. I would definitely come back here again!

This is the second time we stayed on this property and have now stayed in two of the villas. Everything is as described and the host is great! So walkable to everything in coconut grove. We will stay again.

Friends and I traveled to Miami for my birthday and we wanted a place where we could each have our own space. Upon arrival, we weren't sure this was the right house, due to the house having two address numbers on the house, one more visible than the listed one. But once we figured it was the house, we got inside very easily. The driveway with a closeable gate was much appreciated. One additional seat or chair would be nice in the living area. A friend suggested they have throws or additional blankets. One bed room was a little more humid even with the AC on. Also, one bathroom was a little tight. Overall, Victor's Place was a nice choice. Nice location in relation to beaches, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores. Had good space, nice kitchen area, and an outdoor seating area at the back. Nice and quiet neighborhood, good for those who would like take morning or evening walks.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was immaculate, Carlos was so quick to reply & very accommodating. The location could not be better. My sister and I felt safe at all times and really enjoyed everything. I hope to have the opportunity to come back and stay here again someday!

Cute house in great location next to Calle Ocho. We walked to restaurants and coffee shops every day. We even sampled cigars from the local cigar shops. We highly recommend this experience to other travelers.

Great house in a great location. Pictures are accurate. The house is free of clutter but has what you need. The host was very responsive and helpful. The price for this area was also good value. Couldn't ask for more in an AirBnb!

Wonderful get away for the family, including the fur babies! We loved the quaint community feeling, but being close enough to stores and restaurants as well as all the attractions. We spent the weekend relaxing and enjoying some local activities such as nature trails, restaurants, and Patriots Point. The house was a perfect spot to relax after a day of adventures.

The yard is such a peaceful space! We came to the area to see a college for our son and sadly had to leave one night early. I would have loved to spend another night sitting back there, you can hear the city sounds and the swish of the trees. The bedrooms were spacious and my children loved the King size beds in the secondary bedrooms. The patio off of the primary bedroom is private and wonderful. I'd definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a great stay with our 2 dogs. It was close to everything, we took the dogs to the beach every morning. She supplied coffee pods for the keurig which was nice. The bed in the primary room was really comfortable (didn’t test the other one). We loved that they were both king size. Danielle was super-responsive. We would definitely stay again.
