Kahlil’s place was very easy to find, near major roads, quiet setting. Major stores are very close and convenient. Home has ample parking. It’s about 15 minutes to downtown. Beds were comfortable, nice towels, good air conditioning and ceiling fans, as well as in unit washer & dryer. It appears main bath was recently renovated, but now has gaps between pony wall of shower and wall of home. Paint on main bathroom walls was peeling in several areas. I was told the owner had not been made aware of these things before I mentioned them. It didn’t affect us, but my concern is the long-term result of water leaking into the wall. Kahlil was receptive when he was made aware. Description says pets are welcome. However, I would not have felt safe if my dog had been with us due to gaps in fencing of back yard and back gate that is not correctly aligned. There were also broken cable railings on deck. My hope is that since these things have been pointed out, they will be fixed for future guests.

This was a great fit for 2, staying with our dog. We loved the convenient location between Isle of Palms and downtown. We did not spend a lot of time at the house, but it had everything we needed when we were there.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so open and clean and so tastefully decorated in upscale coastal vibe. There is a huge yard which our 2 labs absolutely loved. It was super close to both Charleston and Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being such a responsive host and the local recommendations that were provided to us, we loved our stay.

This was our second time renting this property this year. It’s a great location, close to water access and all the amenities of Mt Pleasant & Charleston. I will continue to rent this property on future visits to the area.
