Positive: Loved everything about the cabin. This was the cleanest cabin I’ve ever stayed in. The hot tub was well kept and easy to operate. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing I would add is a Keurig coffee maker.

Solid location and great host. Sergio was proactive and responsive. The apartment was clean and tidy with appliances, bathroom amenities, multiple smart TVs, washer/dryer, and multiple towels for those intending to stay with others. The vicinity is safe and secure as it is gated, and I appreciate that Sergio provided multiple keys in case of emergency.

I had a fantastic stay at this bungalow! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops in Coconut Grove. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with clear instructions that made check-in and check-out seamless. My friends rented one of the other bungalows, which made it an ideal setup for our group. Highly recommend!

this was our second year staying at one of carlos' rentals and it was another great experience! the location is super walkable - with coffee shops, restaurants and shopping close by. the gate allows for privacy and security and guaranteed parking. carlos was very responsive with questions and suggestions for activities. check-in and check-out are easy processes. this is a great location for a family trip - we loved having this space to come back to and relax in.

The place was very comfortable and quiet, and perfect for my needs. Close to the beach and other restaurants. No noise whatsoever so I slept well, and the kitchen had what I needed. Johanne was extremely helpful and responsive. She was very proactive and available in any moment. Great experience and I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home in North Charleston. We stayed for a weekend trip and found the home to be conveniently located to the interstate for easy access to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. The home was clean and the yard was secure for our 2 dogs. We had a great time.

Danielle was extremely friendly and responsive. The house is absolutely adorable, even better than the pictures! The back porch is so nice and peaceful with a nice size fenced yard. Check in and out was as easy as it gets. The location is extremely convenient to shops and restaurants and a short ride into downtown Charleston. It’s a perfect set up for two couples with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this great air bnb!

The Grove House is a perfect place to stay while visiting Miami and Coconut Grove. The location is very walkable to Grove restaurants, coffee, shops, parks, etc. The house is a 2-story townhouse with lots of open space and a large kitchen - plenty of room to relax. Parking was sufficient for us as we only had 1 car but there was space for 2 cars. The host is extremely responsive to any emails and easy to reach. The house was immaculate! I would absolutely stay there again.

Está totalmente amoblado y equipado para que no te falte nada. Todo impecable. El lugar cuenta con piscina y un shuttle que te lleva hasta la playa. En frente hay un Walmart donde se puede comprar de todo. La comunicación con Tatyana fue excelente, responde casi de inmediato. El personal del edificio es muy amable.

The house was perfect for 7 guests and could easily fit 8! We were in Miami for a wedding at Villa Woodbine and it was very close to Uber to. The house was clean and the host responded to all messages very quickly! I would stay again.

This house was perfect for my family of three and two puppies. We love the location close to all the things that we like to do in Pompano. Victor was an amazing host always got right back to me with any questions I had. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. we have stayed with Carlos the past few years and it is great! we normally stay in the far right until and switched it this time based on what we thought was an outdoor space with the first unit. there was not outdoor sitting area. there are porches, but not the fire pit/lawn chairs outside. overall we love Carlos's place, walkable some of the best food and drink in Miami. a walk or bike to Montys, barracuda, red farm and all of the amazing cocowalk places, get peace in barnacle park or Kampong. Great spot and we look forward to next year!
