Liked it so much, I ended up extending my stay! Beautifully designed space that was very comfortable and super clean. Backyard was exactly what I was hoping for — private, sunny, relaxing. The house had everything I needed— plenty of pool towels, kitchen supplies, and inside space to enjoy. The mattress in the smaller room was so comfortable it inspired me to buy a new one upon my return home. Neighborhood is walkable for a night stroll, can also walk to a big park nearby. Would stay again if in the area!

It was ok. Definitely needs some small changes to be more comfortable. Host was responsive and pleasant when we needed some extra items, so I put a fourth star for that. It's on a nice quiet street and good distance from Miami. Close to many other things like food, grocery, gas station and the highway.

We had a great stay overall. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout, which made everything smooth. We did run into a WiFi issue one day, but it was addressed and resolved satisfactorily. The home itself was comfortable, clean, and the beds were especially cozy. The backyard was a great bonus—perfect for our dog to enjoy. One thing to note for future guests is that there is a side unit attached to the home that’s rented to an individual; however, it’s completely independent and did not impact our privacy or stay at all.

Sandra was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and honestly even better than we expected. Everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and well thought out, which made our stay in Miami that much more enjoyable. What really stood out was Sandra’s responsiveness and care—even after a small incident on our end, she handled everything with understanding and professionalism, which we truly appreciated. This place was the perfect space for us to enjoy during our family member’s wedding weekend. There was more than enough space for everyone and the outside sunroom was a great spot to sit. It was also a great location, being only 20ish minutes to wherever we needed to go. Would definitely recommend and thank you for the hospitality!

The stay was excellent! The host was incredibly responsive and the AirBnB looked exactly as shown. The backyard was private and a great place to hang. The house was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay during the days we were there. Communication with Kimberly was always smooth and easy, which made everything even better. Also, do not miss exploring Park Circle nearby, which has great restaurant options. We especially recommend Ciudad Bonita, which is in that area. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Mi estadía en este Airbnb del 14 al 19 de abril fue simplemente excelente. Desde mi llegada, todo estuvo impecable: el lugar muy limpio, organizado, cómodo y cuidado en cada detalle. Realmente transmite tranquilidad y hace que uno se sienta como en casa. La propiedad es incluso mejor de lo que reflejan las fotos, con un ambiente muy agradable, seguro y perfecto para descansar. La ubicación también es muy buena y práctica. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del anfitrión, que fue extraordinaria: muy amable, servicial y siempre pendiente de que mi experiencia fuera la mejor. We love this property so much, we booked it twice. Could not be happier with this home, its comfort, style, everything. Brianne is wonderful to work with. Incredible attention to detail. The neighborhood is one that you want to get lost in whilst walking. Parks for family, close to restaurants ... being here gave us what we were looking for. A chance to slow down, and enjoy what we adore so much about The Grove. My family and I could not recommend this home on a greater scale ... we will return again for sure. The house is beautiful, the style was definitely French country. It had everything one needs. The weather was perfect during our stay and the back deck was our hang out space. The deck had a tv, bug control and nice seating area. The linens were soft and made sleeping feel like home. The neighborhood was so peaceful and walkable. A few blocks away is a small downtown where there are restaurants and places to hang out for a few hours. Earl was a wonderful host, always available for questions and recommendations. Earl and his wife were so friendly, a joy to talk to. Enjoy Paris!

Dmitriy is a wonderful host. Super responsive and very friendly. The place is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It’s brand new. Everything was spotless. The location is really good. Positive: It served our purposes well. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and games in the backyard. Negative: The floor in the area where the kitchen table was located was an inch or so higher than the rest of the kitchen. We all stubbed our toes a lot. It would be good to paint that ledge a bright orange color to call attention to the difference in floor height.
