Outstanding spot for UM parents. We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation. I highly recommend it. It’s an easy commute to UM, super close to cocowalk, and easy to get to downtown. Brianne is very communicative. This is the best place I’ve stayed in Miami’s over the last four years.

We had such a great stay here! Wished we could’ve stayed longer. The house was a very charming French-style cottage that was in walking distance of acute town area with restaurants and shops while also close to downtown Charleston. The home was cozy and welcoming the minute we walked in. It was beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed in both the kitchen and bathroom during our stay. The Abby and Earl were very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever we had questions. One of our favorite parts of the house was the back deck. It was such a comfortable spot to sit and relax, overlooking a small garden area with a lovely water feature in the background. The sound of the water was incredibly calming and gave the whole space a peaceful atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again when visiting Charleston.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was conveniently located just minutes from Coconut Grove, where our team was working, which made everything very easy. The neighborhood was great, with amazing restaurants and entertainment nearby. The host was a pleasure to communicate with, and we truly enjoyed our time here!

Carlos place was great just what we needed. Central location, a lot in walking distance. Bungalow was good size for week stay. While a shared property with 4 bungalows still felt private. Neighborhood felt safe to walk. Looks like neighborhood will have some walking paths soon as well. AC worked well. I do wish the fence door had a code to get in for when walking instead of opening the whole gate. I would definitely come back and stay with Carlos again.

This will be the third time we stayed at Kahills place and would highly recommend it to anyone .Walking distance to Walmart and Mall. Great location for visiting all of Mt. Pleasant and surrounding areas. Many great restaurants just a few minutes away, We will be back again this Christmas. Probably the best location in the area.

El alojamiento de Johanne es tal cual muestran las fotos en el interior. Ella siempre estuvo muy atenta y respondió rápido. Nos hubiera gustado contar con artículos de limpieza por la cantidad de dias que pasamos. Lo único malo a la llegada había un olor fuerte a basura de varios días, algo que se solucionó rápido. La zona es tranquila, cerca hay Publix y un Starbucks. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme allí.

Absolutely an excellent stay start to finish. Great location, wonderful pool and backyard space, and a super quiet house / neighborhood. Our host was extremely communicative at all times and accommodating, and went the extra mile to bring us some cooking supplies!! I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this spot to anyone looking to be centrally located for their Miami trip!

Sandra place was great! Sandra was very responsive and quick. She even allowed late check-out. The house was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. Commute is about 15-20 minutes from almost everything when traffic is light so the area was just right too. I’ll recommend and rebook this house.

Danielle was a great host. I started messaging her before I booked and she responded right away and ultimately I booked with her. My stay was phenomenal. I loved the neighborhood it was very peaceful and quiet. I loved mostly everything about the home. I really loved the pool. I probably got on Danielle’s nerves with me having so many questions at all hours of the day and night but to every message, she responded within minutes. The only complaint I would have is that the TVs in the bedrooms were small and I felt like they could have been a little bigger. Maybe at least a 40in. But just my preference. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the couch was comfortable and cozy. I fell asleep several times on it. I would definitely stay here again. Lastly make sure you don’t have any parties or events lol. She definitely made that clean at the end of almost each message she sent lol. Thanks for having me.

Liked it so much, I ended up extending my stay! Beautifully designed space that was very comfortable and super clean. Backyard was exactly what I was hoping for — private, sunny, relaxing. The house had everything I needed— plenty of pool towels, kitchen supplies, and inside space to enjoy. The mattress in the smaller room was so comfortable it inspired me to buy a new one upon my return home. Neighborhood is walkable for a night stroll, can also walk to a big park nearby. Would stay again if in the area!

It was ok. Definitely needs some small changes to be more comfortable. Host was responsive and pleasant when we needed some extra items, so I put a fourth star for that. It's on a nice quiet street and good distance from Miami. Close to many other things like food, grocery, gas station and the highway.

We had a great stay overall. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout, which made everything smooth. We did run into a WiFi issue one day, but it was addressed and resolved satisfactorily. The home itself was comfortable, clean, and the beds were especially cozy. The backyard was a great bonus—perfect for our dog to enjoy. One thing to note for future guests is that there is a side unit attached to the home that’s rented to an individual; however, it’s completely independent and did not impact our privacy or stay at all.

Sandra was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and honestly even better than we expected. Everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and well thought out, which made our stay in Miami that much more enjoyable. What really stood out was Sandra’s responsiveness and care—even after a small incident on our end, she handled everything with understanding and professionalism, which we truly appreciated. We can’t say enough good things about this place or the host. We’re already looking forward to coming back to Miami and staying here again. Highly recommend!

This place was the perfect space for us to enjoy during our family member’s wedding weekend. There was more than enough space for everyone and the outside sunroom was a great spot to sit. It was also a great location, being only 20ish minutes to wherever we needed to go. Would definitely recommend and thank you for the hospitality!

The stay was excellent! The host was incredibly responsive and the AirBnB looked exactly as shown. The backyard was private and a great place to hang. The airBnB was a short walk to Calle Ocho which offered great local restaurants and cafes. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back!
