Buenas ubicación, lindo y acogedor alojamiento mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos, la sala perfecta, como todo lo demás. Volvería sin duda. ( Me encanto mucho más por el parqueo privado ), el alojamiento está cerca de la pequeña habana y a pocos metros del brickell. Otra cosa por resaltar cuenta con lavandería por lo que una cosa menos por la que pensar, solo recuerda llevar tus monedas si planeas lavar $1.75 por lavada y $1.75 por secada creo que eso, es barato. Gracias totales🙏

Fantastic place to stay! It was very clean, spacious, safe neighborhood, walking distance to coconut grove, had everything we needed, and fun! We could've easily had more than 3 people stay with us. I highly recommend to anyone!

Host was very responsive when we asked questions or needed additional supplies. Very nice place. Everyone slept comfortably. This is an older but renovated home with different floor elevations, I mention this due to my 90 year old mother needing to watch her step for the bathroom. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Yes there is a washer and dryer, but they are located outside and there is no cover over it. Be careful putting heavy items in the refrigerator door shelves. One is broken and all our sodas fell out. I really could have used instructions for operating the TV but didn't bother the host for this since it was usually very late when we got home and I would forget or be off early the next day. Plan on street parking. Not a big deal. You must be tall to use the main bathroom shower. Shorter people need to use the master shower. Read the instructions to get hot water in the master. The light switch for the dining room is in the corner, behind the vase with decorative plant.

Spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet. A five minute walk to the bustling restaurant and retail district but there was no noise or congestion spillover, that we noticed. The porch was fantastic for breakfast while enjoying the views of all the tall trees that surround most of the property. There are four units, each with a distinct parking spot, and the gated entrance for all is off the side street, Frow Ave. Keep an eye out for the neighborhood peacocks! My only quibbles are that we couldn't find a drying rack for our breakfast dishes and that the wifi information on the table was wrong (but Carlos has provided the correct info in his welcome message to us), all pretty minor. Speaking of the host, Carlos was very responsive and very proactive offering us information and local tips and we did use the grocery delivery service he recommended to pre-stock the unit so we would have basic items when we arrived after our late flight.

Danielle’s place 100% met our expectations! The house was very clean and comfortable, had very comfortable king size beds, had a spacious backyard for our dogs, was located closely to many restaurants and shopping and was only a 15-20 minute drive from the center of Charleston. We will certainly consider this house during our next stay in the Charleston area.

Daniela's place was so comfortable I felt right at home. She was so responsive and answered all my questions I had no problems at all! My flight got in later than expected and she was flexible. I am so grateful to find her place. It was so clean (I was worried about bugs in Florida--it was so clean I saw one ant the whole time I stayed). I was also worried about it being loud since it was in Miami--it was so quiet and I felt very safe there. It was in the middle of everything. I also liked that the place was super private and the bed was super comfy :) I will definitely be staying with her again in the future! Thank you so much!!!! <3

This house was phenomenal. Our family of four had the perfect space to sprawl out and enjoy our time together. Great kitchen, living room, and dining layout - a good communal space for eating and playing together. The house was super clean, with plenty of pillows and linens. The backyard space is absolutely beautiful. Victor and team were very friendly and quick to communicate with us. We were also within 7 minutes of tons of dining options, grocery, Target, and the mall. It was super convenient to get everywhere we needed to go. You will love it here. ❤️

We enjoyed our stay very much! For the three of us it felt spacious both inside and outside, loved the open kitchen and living room, nice design elements made it feel welcoming. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Pool was an added bonus. Danielle was always responsive, friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had a great stay, lots of space and the pool table was a huge hit! 20mins from Cataloochee for skiing and easy to get to the Maggie Valley restaurants. The beds and linens were super comfortable! Kitchen is not huge and pretty barebones in terms of pots, utensils, etc. Was easy to make simple meals but if you’re going to do a lot of cooking, bring larger pots and tools (plus food storage stuff-there were no containers, foil/ziplocs, etc). The view of the mtns was really beautiful! Also be sure to use the 2nd entrance to Fox Run unless you have FWD.

Generally speaking the place was a good value for the cost. Daniela was very helpful and responsive. It was clean and had everything I needed. My only issues were a very small shower for myself at 6’2”. The other problem was that you really had to slam the front door to get it to lock from the outside. The bolt didn’t seem to work with the key so it only worked from the inside. The neighbors had a very loud party Sunday night but to be honest once I was in the bedroom I couldn’t hear it much at all. All in all a great value for the price and location.

Kimberly's place was wonderful! very spacious for the four of us. She was a wonderful host and very responsive!!! Highly recommend her place. Took my boys 21,19... One girlfriend and one best friend... skiing! Very close by.... And very welcoming after a long, cold day with the indoor fireplace and outside fire pit. Definitely worth the money!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean , and had enough space for me and my wife to stretch out. The amenities (although we didn’t get to use them due to rainy weather) were set up nicely , and ready to use. One thing I always take note of is if the house looks lived in. Most places you have to buy a spatula, and forks , but this house came fully equipped with everything we need to make meals such as pots and pan, salt , pepper and utensils. We had such a great time here, felt safe, and accommodated . We will definitely return, and recommend!

La casa de Víctor es muy linda, está ubicada en un barrio tranquilo, todo está impecable, nuevo y limpio. El mobiliario, los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina son nuevos y todo es de muy buena calidad. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas también. Tiene amenities de cortesía como café, productos para el baño y productos de limpieza para la cocina. Recomiendo este alojamiento.

We had a great stay with our dogs. The yard was great for them and fully fenced in. The back porch was awesome and covered, so we could hang out even if it was raining. The location is easy to find and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. The house was stocked with everything we needed for a nice stay (dishes, coffee, creamer, toiletries, etc). Would definitely stay again!

The place was amazing! The views are unbeatable. The host was easy to contact and great with communicating. The only issues I encountered were the slow elevators and occasional lack of hot water in the shower, even without prior use. Other than that, I'd still recommend this place.
