In short, I LOVED EVERYTHING, First: the place is as it describes it, private, quiet, very good and CLEAN, everything smells good, clear instructions, and good area. The best thing is communication with the host, always; always ALWAYS when I needed something he was there to answer me and help me, Thank you very much for lending me your place for my recovery from my surgery, my mom and I would come back a thousand times. Great communication, comfortable beds, nice touches like Keurig with coffee pods, ice trays, and bottle of wine with nice glasses. VERY QUIET neighborhood. Perfect/easy walk to all the restaurants in Park Circle and our daughter’s apartment. Thanks!

Definitely one of my best Airbnb experiences. Place looks exactly like the photos and is very well cared for. Host was super communicative and helpful throughout the stay. This is a great location for visiting everywhere in Miami the U, beaches, Wynwood all about 20-30 minutes away and great close options in the Grove and Little Havana. Great cafecito around the corner from the market and the Argentinian bakery too! Highly recommend this rental. It is an excellent value!

This is the first time I ever used Airbnb for the first time, and it was great! The house was in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. It was also very comfortable and clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The backyard was a lovely bonus, providing a great space to relax. Abby was a great host! Very sweet and accommodating. Check-in/out instructions were given ahead of time and very clear. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and the kitchen area was also stocked with coffee, tea, cream, and sugar. About 15-20 minutes from downtown but lots to do in Park circle nearby. Would definitely stay again!

We loved out stay here! The beds were comfortable, the house was pristine and was a short walk from lots of great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and exploring Miami. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Although we didn't spend a ton of time at the house due to a four-day hockey tournament in Coral Springs, we very much appreciated two king beds and a large sectional. The house is stylish and had what we needed. One evening, we strolled the beautiful old Florida neighborhood, which is peaceful, safe, and full of homes with character. The home is a short drive to the fun area of Pomano Beach Pier with shops and restaurants. And my husband loved watching small planes departing from the nearby airport.

Place was very beautiful & comfortable! Quiet safe neighborhood, walkable to stores. Loved the pool! Gustavo was very nice & responsive. Only thing was the fridge wasn’t working properly, did not get cool, & bathroom floor kept getting soaked.

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at the property. Very spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful and private outdoor space. Accessing the home after a long day of travel was very easy and simple. It’s in an ideal location with a quick drive to many spots - downtown, Brickell, UMiami, Little Havana, Key Biscayne, etc. Easy and quick drive from airport. Owner is very responsive. We highly recommend this property!
