Positive: The location was great, in that it was quick and easy getting to most places by walking, using the bus etc. Negative: The views from the rooms.and balconies were not great as you were either looking into someone's home or over a parking lot.

We stayed for 5 nights, and enjoyed our time there ! It was clean and convenient, the host is very responsive and friendly. The location is also good. Only one thing that can be improved, that the bathroom space is a little small, and the water pressure in the shower is weak.

I enjoyed Lidysbett’s property. It was spacious enough, clean and easy to locate. It accommodated all of my guests and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area a lot. Her communication was key and very friendly service and reminders when needed.

amazing location. very close to shops and grocery. the place is exactly as described. it had an amazing back yard. everything was excellent. the host had fast communication and was helpful with any questions.

This was actually crazy for the price I didn’t expect it to be like that you’ve got two balconies the view is crazy the rooms are mind blowing 🤯 it was my wedding night my wife got me cancelled a hotel which I was already booked she picked that place last minute and she fell in love the min she walked in there lol 😂 done tellin this girl this gon be our getaway place cuz ain’t no way I just love it and she was very friendly and helpful I texted her late night she responded right away thank you so much for the experience much love

Positive: This was a little cottage behind a home. It was easy to access and easy to come and go. It was filled with antiques and art which made it so cozy! We were visiting my daughter who lives in an apartment in Park Circle. We could walk to her place easily. The street Montague 3 min walk from cottage is adorable. There were a few shops and multiple restaurants & bars. Cute coffee shop & even a nail salon where we got a pedicure. If your visiting Charleston you would want a car, but for us we shared my daughters car. Hopefully we will be back! It was perfect for us! The hosts were very responsive & friendly. They had menus and brochures for Charleston & Park Circle places ! Negative: There was a fridge, fresh water, & coffee maker. If you were trying to make a meal it would be difficult. The only sink was the small lavatory sink. We didn’t need a kitchenette since my daughter’s place was an 8 min walk, but just a heads up. I was fine in shower but my husband is 6’2”. If you are taller than that it might be difficult to shower since the bathroom is a step up with shorter ceilings.

We had an overall good stay. The location is great, close to stores and very walkable, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. A couple of things to note: the walls are thin, so we could hear quite a bit from the neighbors. Still, it worked well for our trip, and with a few small updates it could be an excellent place.

We booked this place because some of our family wanted to go skiing nearby. This was a perfect home in the mountains and decorated so beautifully. There were so many choices of games and books. We had beautiful weather for the first couple of days and got to enjoy sitting outside with a fire. The kitchen was small, but very well stocked and it definitely worked our family of eight especially with the open living area on the first floor and dining area overlooking the mountains. The upstairs was enjoyed as well because of the pool table and large of an area to sit and play games. We definitely loved this home and look forward to planning a trip back! Cathy N

Sergio was really communicative and provided us with all the information needed for check in. The unit was comfortable, well-equipped, and had a private parking space. The only thing to take note is that the washer and dryer take 7 quarters for a load, so just be prepared if you plan on doing laundry during your stay as there's no where to change for quarters on site.

We had an amazing stay at Chad‘s townhouse in Coconut Grove. The townhouse is perfectly located in the charming and safe neighborhood of Coconut Grove with all restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Chad is a wonderful host, always responsive and very kind. We are grateful he hosted us and would return with pleasure.

Well equipped, clean property in a nice neighborhood. Nice details surprised us pleasantly; usually do not find a bidet in vacation rental properties. Kitchen is extremely well equipped with air fryer, large griddle, and lots of dishes and utensils. Super nice property

Everything was good. The only things I had a problem with was the size of the space .Its fits 2 comfortably. It feels like one small room. No separate bedroom. The Bathroom too small to get dressed in so if its not u and u significant other .You won't have any privacy other then the bathroom which is so small I hit my head on the Sink trying to get off the toilet. And the 2 32inch TV play the same they which was annoying no matter what u do

This is the second Christmas week we have spent at this house .very close to everything a person would want in the mt. Pleasant area. You can walk to the Wal Mart plaza and also find many other restaurants and stores . The best location to ride to many great restaurants and all of the local attractions are just minutes away. A very great base to explore the area and historic sites and places. We will be back again for Christmas 2026.

Muy limpio y organizado. Además, cerca del aeropuerto y centros comerciales. Lastima que la unidad de A/C hace mucho ruido y eso hace difícil un poco poder dormir. Pero en general, super recomendable el alojamiento.

Stayed here to primarily do activities for my birthday. You’re honestly getting what you pay for with staying here. With that being said, the space isn’t bad if you’re staying for a night or two, anything exceeding that would probably feel iffy. Loved there was a private space for me to park instead of having to pay. There is a rooster who is very lonely and screeches day n night. I’d rate this a 7/10.
