Wonderful and quiet neighborhood.The scenery is breathtaking.The house is clean and well furnished.The host is responsive and helpful.We stayed for a whole week and there was enough space for the 7 of us with lots to do in the house such as pool table,books,games,TV and areas to just lounge.We enjoyed the fire place and grill! I highly recommend this place!

Loved my stay at this property with my small hypoallergenic pup! Carlos is an amazing host. The property was exactly as it looked. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the close walk to Coco, walk shops and restaurants. The gated parking is a nice touch. Carlos and his team even went above and beyond to help me claim a package that came before I arrived. Will be back soon!

Este alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitábamos , lugar seguro y tranquilo para relajarnos, aparcamiento para dos autos, piscina y patio muy agradables para compartir en familia, pet friendly porque nuestras mascotas viajan siempre con nosotros y lugar cercano a restaurantes y cafeterías. La casa es muy acogedora y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Betsabe se mantuvo siempre en comunicación y disponible a cualquier necesidad o pedido. Seguramente será nuestro alojamiento para futuras visitas a Miami. Lo recomiendo absolutamente!

El lugar nesesita que los muéveles sean cambiados por nuevos. Gradas en le baño estaba en la descripción Aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Durante el tiempo de calor del día no enfriaba, ya luego en la noche si. Excelente ubicación , lugar muy limpio, y todo estaba listo para nuestra llegada. Atención siempre muy rápida. Stayed at Carolina’s place for close to a week to enjoy what South Florida has to offer, Carolina was very informative about the house features and food near by. The House was clean, had many amenities and a cool art aesthetic which I thought was interesting, the house is in a great location and peaceful neighborhood. I enjoyed staying here in Miami thanks to Carolina and her team, and hope to come back soon!

Me and my family had a great time. It was worth it even if it was only one night. The house was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was super comfortable and the host made sure to answer all of our questions which made the experience ten times better. Highly recommend, it was the perfect getaway.

Lazaro was a great host that provided more information than we needed. The house was very clean and made it easy for us to fit right in even just for a few days. We loved the pool and the pool table and thought these were the best features of the house! We just hoped that we were able to dip in it to relax while being mindful of noise after a long day exploring Miami past the 10PM rule. Another minor note is the curtains in the rooms. Being in Miami, it is somewhat expected to stay out late and sleep in longer in the morning. We wished that the windows had black out curtains as an option. But other than that, we really liked the place and would come back again for another trip!

One of the best and cleanest stays that I had. I had a wonderful stay here and the location and surrounding is wonderful. It was so clean, safe and calm there and I have nothing to mention that could be improved. Thanks again and I will definitely come back. Thanks also for allowing dogs. It’s so nice to take our friends with us from time to time.

Everything was beyond our expectations. We immediately felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. The yard was perfect for our dog. The house is close to everything that we wanted to experience during our stay. The neighbor next door was also friendly and welcomed us to the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This was a great rental for me and my family to stay at while in South Carolina. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The fenced in back yard was a plus for the kids and the dogs. Loved that it was a neighborhood that we could go on walks around. Close proximity to grocery stores. Overall great place.

We had a great stay! Beds were comfortable. It is close to a busy street, but not loud. The main bedroom overlooked the water, so it was very quiet (except for a neighbor out on their back porch until late one night, talking loudly.) The bedroom with the trundle bed is a closet without a window. Not enough space to open/close door when trundle is out but my boys liked the dark room. No room for suitcases in there too so they used our room and also used our shower. Wouldn't be good for 3 couples but good for a family. I would also not recommend this place for small children with the open concept stairs and open dock. We rented Oksana's boat just down the street on the Boatsetter website. So much fun! Parking is hit or miss. Unless you have a tiny car, you may not be able to park bc of neighbors parking in the space or overhanging into your space. We were able to find parking on the street. Don't rent if you want to have guests over. The owner is very strict about only registered guests.
