This was a wonderful stay. Very quiet area and no one bothered us. Johanne communicated well and I had no issues. The only thing that could be better is the beds, they are hard.

The home was nice and clean. Looked just like pictures. We had 1 issue when we arrived but host fixed it quickly. Not much to do right outside of the neighborhood but lots of shops and restaurants within 15-20 minute drive. Neighborhood felt safe. Really enjoyed having tv's in every room which is rare with most air bnb's. Kitchen very well stocked and had everything we needed.

I actually enjoyed my time there. I wish I would’ve gotten it longer but the days were taken. I loved the shower, the water gets hot (like I like it). I felt right at home being there.

This is my second stay at the bungalow and as always it was exceptional. Carlos goes above and beyond. He truly cares about his guests and responds immediately. Honestly this is best Airbnb listed. He has kept the property in a immaculate state of perfection. We usually have to clean prior to settling but really this property as is was before is spotless. I felt right at home immediately and with Carlos as the host I felt very safe which is the most important factor. Definitely returning and looking forward to our stay. Thank you again Carlos!!

The house is overall good and spacious, comfortably fitting four people. Coconut Grove is within walking distance, and several other attractions are just 20–25 minutes away. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there’s a secure, dedicated parking spot. However, the master bedroom AC wasn’t working, and the bedsheets, sofa, and towels had a noticeable smell. Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was very pleasant.

Host was great, proactive, and available at all times. The home was in a great community close to Tanger Outlets. Home was also very spacious and clean. For seven adults and two pets to stay in the home, we never felt like we were on top of each other. All the bedrooms were spacious, had tvs, and ceiling fans. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!

The Blue Wave Bungalow is a great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Dania Beach. Plenty of space for us and our two dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the fenced in backyard allowed us to spend mornings/evenings outside with the pets. It felt like being at home! I was a little worried about parking because this was a work trip and we were traveling in a 16ft box truck. Johanne reached out to let us know that there was a parking pad in the alleyway with gated access to the backyard. It was perfect. We were able to ride our bikes to the beach and boardwalk. Got there within 20 minutes. Overall great experience.

We were a little nervous about booking such a new listing with few reviews but I’m SO glad we did. If you have similar feelings, don’t be worried, this place is great! The property is even more stunning in person and it’s equipped with everything you need. The home was spotless and the location was prime. It is easily walkable to many bars and restaurants while also feeling safe, private, and quiet. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Nice fenced in yard with covered back porch. Beds are very comfortable. Pet friendly home with no doggy smells. Location was fantastic, short drive to Sullivan's Island and IOP, downtown $15 Uber ride.

We absolutely loved staying here! The pictures don’t do the place justice. So beautiful and well decorated. Beautiful and clean kitchen. Such a great space! Both Earl and Abby were so accommodating and helpful and responded to us very quickly when we had questions (and we had a few!). Definitely would recommend and would stay again! You’ll want to walk to dinner/drinks/coffee around the corner, 1 block away!

Kimberly‘s little blue house felt like home! It’s a quaint, relaxing, calm vibe. It was a perfect size for me my boyfriend and our little kitten. Kimberly went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and she was responsive to all our questions when it came to asking for dinner recommendations, and things to do around North Charleston. The only aspect of our stay that defines the 4/5 rating were the neighbors who launched fireworks in the middle of the night ( and no, it’s not Fourth of July) . That does not define Kimberly and place in anyway we truly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone!

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht hätten. Sie Ausstattung ist in einem guten Zustand und die Küche und Küchengeräte sind neu. Die Lage in Brickell ist auch gut - man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto auf der I-95. Ich kann diese Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Miami sehr empfehlen. Viele Grüße aus München! :-)

The BEST mattresses I’ve had at an Airbnb! Location is perfect, quiet, not in the middle of the tourist traps. Close to everything. The house is super comfortable and the host very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend more. I’ll be coming back.

Sergio and his team were very helpful and responsive. The house has the perfect basic essentials for a short stay and is very close to everything, plus there is a dedicated parking spot if you are renting or driving a car. It was a nice visit to Miami and could stay here again.

My boyfriend , my friend & I enjoyed our stay! It was very clean & literally exactly like the photos. Host was responsive & accommodated our late check in! Also they were very friendly. Place is in a quiet neighborhood. It was beautiful inside. Only issue was there is no tvs in each rooms but there is a smart tv in living room.

Nice place and very responsive host. I think the listing says can sleep up to 8, which I think would be tight, but can definitely fit two couples and a few kids if they’re ok sleeping on a pull out sofa. Peaceful, in a lovely neighborhood near the beach - not quite walkable but a short drive away. Only downside was that we wanted a place with a kitchen and refrigerator and the the fridge did not work well while we were there. Host was responsive and attempted to have it fixed during our stay but given a holiday weekend could not make it work.

Had a great couples trip during Memorial Day weekend! Awesome location, nice house in a small quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat. Only about 15 min to downtown and jist across the bridge from Credit One Stadium.

exactly what we were looking for, and more! close walk to everything in the grove that you would want to see: restaurants, music, farmers market, and peacocks! easy access to 95 to zip up to Miami for extra fun. the house was cozy, clean, and exactly what the two of us needed for a week away :) absolutely would stay here again, and most likely will!
