Cute place with fun artwork, modern kitchen appliances, an enclosed patio for outdoor entertaining. It's a great location in the Grove, private and secure. The beds were super comfy.

The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything was provided for our 10 day stay. The neighborhood was quiet and located near shopping. If we ever need an Airbnb again we will definitely stay here.

Excellent Stay. Views were amazing from the 33rd floor. Inside was squeaky clean. Very minor concerns during my stay which Tatyana addressed promptly. Lots to do in the area . The only setback was the elevator times being long but we planned accordingly and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location! The home was spacious, with a huge living room, lots of seating, and comfortable bedrooms. It was in a beautiful walkable neighborhood. My family would definitely stay here again. A heads up for people that will be using the kitchen -- you will likely need to buy all your kitchen ingredients like spices, saran wrap/foil, etc. But thankfully there is a grocery store down the street to get all that!

Nice play to stay if you do not want to be located directly @Miami Beach, quite calm and good connection to highway. We had a rental car and enjoeyed the parking lot on the property. Our host was more than friendly and helped us fast and patient in some tricky situations. Interieur chosen for the small house is very nice. We can recommend this small house for max. 4 people. It´s possible to stay there with 5 as we did (or even 6 as described) but it will get a little tight but that might be a matter of taste. Keep it up, Carolina! And thanks again for the pastries on Fathers Day :-)

The Place was nice and clean and Carlos response to messages was quickly. The only objection I have is the AC too loud, that would not make me sleep peacefully at night. 4 mins walking distance from main Coconut Grove streets, full of restaurants.

The location was great, we loved being on the canal and caught lots of fish. The house was really nice, very comfortable. We had a few issues with bathrooms and a television, but I've let the owner know so hopefully they'll fix the problems. Parking is annoying. The owner gave clear instructions on where to park, but if a neighbor takes your spot, which happened a few times, there's no other nearby parking. Overall, we were happy with the experience.

Such a gem! Chad was an amazing host and made everything so easy from start to finish. He was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony and being just a short walk to Coconut Grove, the grocery store, and tons of great local restaurants and bars. It made exploring the area super easy and fun! Uber and Lyft were easy to get with reasonable pricing, and the location was a quick ride to South Beach and other top-rated spots in Miami. It’s the perfect balance close enough to enjoy Miami’s beach and party scene, but also a peaceful place to unwind or enjoy a fun night out in the Grove. Chad’s place is perfect for couples, families, or friends. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

The home was nice and clean. Looked just like pictures. We had 1 issue when we arrived but host fixed it quickly. Not much to do right outside of the neighborhood but lots of shops and restaurants within 15-20 minute drive. Neighborhood felt safe. Really enjoyed having tv's in every room which is rare with most air bnb's. Kitchen very well stocked and had everything we needed.

I actually enjoyed my time there. I wish I would’ve gotten it longer but the days were taken. I loved the shower, the water gets hot (like I like it). I felt right at home being there.

This is my second stay at the bungalow and as always it was exceptional. Carlos goes above and beyond. He truly cares about his guests and responds immediately. Honestly this is best Airbnb listed. He has kept the property in a immaculate state of perfection. We usually have to clean prior to settling but really this property as is was before is spotless. I felt right at home immediately and with Carlos as the host I felt very safe which is the most important factor. Definitely returning and looking forward to our stay. Thank you again Carlos!!

The house is overall good and spacious, comfortably fitting four people. Coconut Grove is within walking distance, and several other attractions are just 20–25 minutes away. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there’s a secure, dedicated parking spot. However, the master bedroom AC wasn’t working, and the bedsheets, sofa, and towels had a noticeable smell. Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was very pleasant.

Host was great, proactive, and available at all times. The home was in a great community close to Tanger Outlets. Home was also very spacious and clean. For seven adults and two pets to stay in the home, we never felt like we were on top of each other. All the bedrooms were spacious, had tvs, and ceiling fans. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!
