This was a great rental for me and my family to stay at while in South Carolina. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The fenced in back yard was a plus for the kids and the dogs. Loved that it was a neighborhood that we could go on walks around. Close proximity to grocery stores. Overall great place.

We had a great stay! Beds were comfortable. It is close to a busy street, but not loud. The main bedroom overlooked the water, so it was very quiet (except for a neighbor out on their back porch until late one night, talking loudly.) The bedroom with the trundle bed is a closet without a window. Not enough space to open/close door when trundle is out but my boys liked the dark room. No room for suitcases in there too so they used our room and also used our shower. Wouldn't be good for 3 couples but good for a family. I would also not recommend this place for small children with the open concept stairs and open dock. We rented Oksana's boat just down the street on the Boatsetter website. So much fun! Parking is hit or miss. Unless you have a tiny car, you may not be able to park bc of neighbors parking in the space or overhanging into your space. We were able to find parking on the street. Don't rent if you want to have guests over. The owner is very strict about only registered guests.

The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host ,Gustavo was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This home was a very cozy and comfortable stay. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. Big yard for our dog to run and play. Wide open kitchen and living room area for our 18 month old son to play in a clutter free environment. If you’re looking for a very homey, spacious, beach-house feel, this is the perfect place!

Carlos' place was fantastic. My husband and I went down for a few days to pick up my daughter from UM and had a great time at this AirBnb. It was super close to great restaurants, walkable, and a really cute bungalow to stay in. We had everything we needed and more, and Carlos was super responsive with everything we needed. I'd definitely recommend it and we'd definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this pleasant Airbnb and our host was very polite & communicated things to us timely and accurately. The unit also had a nice, rustic, historic feel to it, which we liked (but if you're the type who's looking for an all-modern vibe, you just need to be aware of that -- however, that doesn't mean it lacks amenities. We also both found the main bed to be very comfortable and cozy. The only reason we didn't rate it higher was because we found it to be a little off the beaten path. Most things we wanted to see and do were about 25 to 30 minutes away. So, just a FYI there. Other than that, we think folks will find it to be a pleasant, relaxing place.

We had an amazing stay. The house is even better in person, very spacious for a large family with kids. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen well furnished. Pool is amazing. It was very easy to communicate, and check in. We will definitely come back!

The house is small but very nice. Just what we needed for our week in Charleston. We were there for a dance competition and it is always so nice to have a place with a washer dryer and everyone has their own bedrooms to spread out a little after a long day. Loved the fenced in yard and ability to bring the pups along. That was so nice not to worry about them at the kennel or sitters house. House was very clean. We had no complaints.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The listing and photos matched the unit we were assigned exactly. Carlos sent clear instructions prior to arrival, check-in and check-out. Every time we needed to contact Carlos or had a question, it was quickly answered. We appreciated having some "basics" stocked in the unit such as dish soap, laundry & dishwasher pods, one set of shampoo & conditioner minis. While we didn't really utilize the kitchen for meals, there were many pots, pans, plates, silverware and serving ware for use. The refrigerator had an ice maker which was great for reloading our cooler for the day. (There is a CVS around the corner for any other basics you may have forgotten or realize you need later in the night!) If I could improve one thing, it would be to add an additional mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom. The only two mirrors are located in the bathroom and it made getting ready time a little more challenging. I would def stay here again! Thank you!

Great place to stay! The beds were super comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Parking is also available with coverage by a gate so you know your car is secure. Can’t wait to stay again!

This is a very comfortable place to stay. The entire place is very clean. The bedrooms are spacious (both beds are king size). The bathrooms are both nice. Danielle was very responsive throughout our stay. It is a convenient location - close to downtown and shopping. I would love to stay here again during our next trip to the area.

out of every Airbnb I’ve ever booked, this this has been the most professional / clean & benevolent host I’ve ever encountered. They are super helpful & friendly , the property itself is extremely safe & clean. You aren’t far from any attractions & local places within Miami ! The host is super communicative & resourceful. The location of the Airbnb was great. There were tons of things to do within 15 mins out the Airbnb which was super helpful. The Airbnb was clean for the most part but there is definitely room for improvement and the property would benefit from a few cosmetic upgrades. The process after booking was a little overwhelming and at times seemed tedious but all in all, I had a great experience in Charleston.

Very Quaint Home. Great deck. A lot of room to relax on sectional and at dining table. Fully stocked house and kitchen. Convenient to Park Circle restaurants and shops on East Montague. Easy access to Downtown Charleston without having to use the Interstate. Close to Riverfront Park.

I absolutely loved the house , it’s amazing! The photos match the reality perfectly, and it even exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was the most fully equipped of any Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is also excellent: it’s in a quiet area with lots of things nearby, including a Dollar Tree just around the corner and a shopping plaza with more stores. Víctor was an excellent host always attentive and quick to respond to any questions with clear instructions. It was truly a great stay. I really appreciate how thoughtful Víctor was throughout, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Chad. The home is within walking distance of downtown Coconut Grove while still being secluded and away from traffic and noise. The place was spacious and thoughtfully organized. The kitchen was well equipped. I would also like to highlight excellent communication by the host - any question was answered within no more than 10 minutes. We recommend Chad’s place for a stay in the Coconut Grove area without reservation.
