-2x free Soft-foam Surfboards available for use at the beach. Surfboards are stored outside in the backyard, under the poolside bedroom window.

The user assumes all risks from use and has made their own assessment of the gear with adequate surfing and surfboard knowledge. If in doubt don’t go out – otherwise have fun!

-Enjoy the pool to the fullest keeping your family safe. Do not use glass around the pool. We have provided pool-safe dinnerware. Keep in mind that there is no lifeguard on duty. Make sure to always keep an eye on children; adults are responsible for the safety of children and themselves. An USCG approved emergency flotation device is provided easily accessible on the house wall closest to the pool if needed as well as a door alarm.

Miracle Mile: This is a popular shopping and dining district in Coral Way. You can find a variety of stores, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes here.
