Very clean and quiet. Was there with my family and was a nice place to come back to after a long day of running around. I highly recommend Three Palms Cuban Cafe for cuban coffee and pasteles - it's a 2 min drive and worth it! Victor was incredibly responsive, and everything was as we expected. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Didn’t realize that this particular unit is located next to a very busy road so if you are looking for a quiet secluded space this might not be the place you are looking for. Having a space to park was wonderful and right next to the cabin. Very close to restaurants. Within walking distance.

Positive: Property fit 5 well. Location was great and parking was included. Close to public transport, grocery store and coco walk. Outdoor area was great for dinners. Would definitely stay here again if in Miami. Negative: There was a couple of things missing from the property that we assumed would be there like tea towels and tissue paper.

My family and I will definitely look to rent from Laura in the future. Everything was perfect about this house. My daughter left both bags of her luggage and Laura ensured my mother-in-law; who lives a couple miles away; could gain access and retrieve the bags. If You and your family are in the Homestead, Princeton, or Goulds area, I definitely recommend this rental; it is very convenient to these locations. Laura’s the best.

Sergio’s place was clean and convenient. It was located really close to downtown and within walking distance of some corner stores. It didn’t have enough toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels for us for 10 days so we had to ask for more and they brought us some more the next day. I would definitely stay here again because we had a gate to get in and out that made us feel really safe. This apartment is located on the bottom floor which was helpful for us.

The host was very responsive and helpful, especially before the stay and a little during, which made communication smooth. The place looked exactly like the photos and was in a great location close to everything. There were quite a few rules and restrictions, which made the experience feel a bit structured, but overall the host was pleasant and the stay was comfortable and convenient.

We had such a cozy and relaxing few days. The house was spotless and offered the most beautiful morning view. Just be sure to follow the host’s directions closely, as the path is steep if you take a wrong turn! Also, note that the room with two beds has twin-sized beds (we originally thought they were double beds), but there is a convenient pull-out bed available as well. There are shops and grocery stores not too far away, which made stocking up very easy. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely return whenever we’re in the area.

This location was perfect for my family. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and enjoyed every aspect of the Penthouse. It was great working with Tatyana, who kept us organized and responded to all our questions incredibly quickly. The highlights were the skyline view, the dinner table setup, and the soft pillows in the bedroom. It was just perfect! Highly recommend!

Maria Elena’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and just like the photos. Maria was also very helpful and kept in great communication with me, answering very promptly to any questions we had. Check in was easy. Everything in the house worked. My group loved that the area was so close to everything in wynwood. Although the streets were busy, inside the home remained peaceful and quiet. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone. :)

Conveniently located in Coconut Grove, and very close to Coral Gables. The house was very clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal and set a table properly. The furniture is in great condition and the decoration was definitely curated carefully, which gives you a whole different feel, and separates this house from most airbnbs that normally look and feel rather dull like a hotel room. Will definitely come back.

Sergio’s place was as described. When you enter the apartment it was smelling clean and inviting. We were close to the heart of Brickell with a lot to do. The private parking was a big bonus. Sergio is definitely a ‘Super Host’. Would definitely stay there again.

Chad’s Coconut Grove home is in a great location in Coconut grove with easy walking access to Coconut Grove and Coco Walk. Chad’s home is spacious with a lovely enclosed courtyard. Chad was proactive in dealing with any issues that came up and we would be happy to rent this home again.

Location was perfect, easy walk to shops, restaurants, and excellent coffee. The bungalow itself was very cute and just what I expected. Parking inside the gate made coming and going feel safe and I enjoyed how quiet it was at night.

Bachelorette Weekend (Group of 8) The property was beautiful and made for a great stay overall! The host was very responsive and accommodating — quick to reply, very understanding, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. There were just a couple of small areas that could be improved: the hot water in the upstairs bathrooms tended to cut out each day, and having more toilet paper and additional towels available would have been really helpful, especially for a big group. Even with those minor issues, the home itself was lovely and the host’s hospitality was 10/10. Highly recommend overall!
