COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES

1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

4 bedrooms with enough space for up to 10 guests. 1 large king bed, 2 queen beds and 4 comfortable twin trundles. Each room with its own Tv, and added features. The bathrooms are updated and clean, with both options of a bathtub and walk in shower for your comfort. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts brand new stainless steal appliances and ample cabinetry that is every chefs dream! The living room is great for groups to reconnect and also equipped with 2 sofa beds. A garage for safe keeping with space for up to 4 cars to park in driveway, and luscious green front and backyard. Relax by the pool and enjoy a BBQ afternoon with the new gas grill.

50 bars, restaurants, wine bars, dessert shops, parks, shopping promenades and gas stations within a 1-mile radius, including a nearby bagel restaurant that’s great for breakfast; a Mediterranean grill / pita shop and a Cuban restaurant perfect for lunch; and a sushi / Thai restaurant for dinner. There is also an Italian specialty food market with a huge assortment of pre-cooked foods just around the corner.

- HOLLYWOOD BEACH
Hollywood Beach, ranked by Fodor's as one of the top beaches in Florida, is only minutes away and has a terrific 2 1/2 mile long boardwalk for walking, bicycling and skateboarding. In addition to its incredible sandy beaches, where you can rent chaise lounges, sun umbrellas, jet skis and paddleboards, the boardwalk has dozens of oceanfront restaurants, bars, shops and weekly live music. Also in Hollywood Beach is the famous Le Tub, a waterfront cash-only burger joint that GQ Magazine and Oprah Winfrey both declared has the best hamburger in the entire United States.

- LIVE MUSIC, CLUBS, BARS, GAMBLING AND HORSE RACING
South Florida’s best gaming and gambling - Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Gulfstream Park, Mardi Gras Casino & Racetrack, and Dania Beach Jai Alai - are all within a 15 minute drive. Hard Rock features huge dance clubs, lots of bars, an array of great restaurants, a 3,000 person live music venue, and a comedy club. The brand-new Gulfstream Park has a famously breathtaking horse racing track, slots and poker gambling, a dozen restaurants and incredible shopping at Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Willams-Sonoma, Bang & Olufsen and dozens more.

- BOAT RENTALS AND FISHING
Boat rentals, yacht charters and deep sea fishing operators are plentiful within a 15-minute drive. South Florida is the boating capital of the world, where visitors can easily rent small powerboats, sailboats and pontoon boats for half or full-day excursions in the ocean or intra-coastal waterways. There are also dozens of yacht chartering companies nearby that provide captained and provisioned larger boats. And fishing boats - from offshore “party” boats that provide rods, bait and beverages for 25 - 50 people, to private sport fishing boats that go deep offshore - are literally everywhere around Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Fantastic golf courses, ranging from inexpensive to luxurious, are within 5 minutes to 20 minutes away, including Orangebrook, a 36-hold course home to burrowing owls and other wildlife seen while you play. Also nearby is Hillcrest Country Club, Hollywood Beach Golf Resort, and Grande Oaks, where they famously filmed Caddyshack, which is only 11 miles away.

World-class shopping at Aventura Mall and Las Olas Boulevard (Fort Lauderdale) are within 15 minute drives. Aventura Mall has hundreds of major retailers like Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macy’s, Sears, Hugo Boss, Tory Burch and Tiffany & Company. Las Olas Boulevard is a charming shopping promenade that’s home to boutique, one of a kind shops best experienced by walking - and it’s dotted with many high quality cafes and lounges.

- KOLB NATURE CENTER
Anne Kolb Nature Center, a 1,501-acre coastal mangrove wetland that rents canoes and kayaks, is only 4 miles away. The nature center is home to a wide variety of plants and animals, including some threatened and endangered species, and features hiking trails, fishing piers, an observation tower and a huge saltwater aquarium.

- EVERGLADES NATIONAL PARK
The Florida Everglades, a 1.5 million acre subtropical park that’s the home to manatees, American crocodile, the elusive Florida panther, and endangered leatherback turtles is less than 45 minutes away. Many tour operators, including the Seminole Indian Tribe, take visitors deep into marshes, mangroves and submerged forests via airboats, kayaks & canoes, motorcycle and bicycles.

The compound itself is phenomenally located less than 1 mile from Interstate 95, the main north-south interstate highway artery connecting Maine, New York, Washington DC, and Miami. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is a 7-mile, 10 minute drive; Miami International Airport is a 21-mile, 30 minute drive; beautiful Hollywood Beach is a 4-mile, 10 minute drive; and Miami’s famous South Beach is a 23 mile, 30 minute drive away. Lastly, the Florida Tri-Rail system has a train stop only 1 mile away, Hollywood Station, making day trips to West Palm Beach, Miami, or any coastal city between, a very easy commute, with taxis and Uber cars readily available at each station.
